Mr. Seibert has substantial experience in aviation. He began an aviation
career in the military flying helicopters. During combat in Vietnam he received
the Air Medal repeatedly during 527 combat hours. His military service
continued as a flight instructor and then as an aviation safety officer in the
North Carolina National Guard. He then expanded his aviation expertise
throughout a variety of areas from FAR Part 135 commuter operations to service as an
airline transport pilot flying the Boeing 737 with Piedmont Airlines.
As an Aerospace Engineer, Mr. Seibert worked in the area of finite element
stress analysis using Fortran IV and SAP IV stress analysis. His work
experience includes accident reconstruction and investigation.
Mr. Seibert brings to his law practice extensive experience from the
business, military and aviation community. He continues to extend that
association with his current clientele and is the area attorney for the
Airplane Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA). He maintains an active Civil and Criminal local practice in
Superior and District Courts in Raleigh, North Carolina.
He served with the General Counsel for the Secretary of Defense at the Pentagon and
maintains his association with the Defense and Civilian community in the
Aerospace industry at the forefront of technology.
Mr. Seibert has represented a substantial number of driving while impaired, criminal, and
traffic offenses in the Wake County, North Carolina area over the past twenty
years and his practice emphasizes this area of law in the local State District
Courts.
Graduated a member of Sigma Gamma Tau,
National Honor Society in Aerospace Engineering. Studied programming in FORTRAN
IV and SAP IV. Minored in Electrical Engineering and Meterology.
